Our Project Mgmt Process:

Our real estate project plans are tailored to each client, so our process includes an initial consultation to map out the complexity of the project.

Once we have done an initial consultation and have a firm idea, we enter the scope design and budgeting phases of the project. At this phase we will collaborate with a construction manager to develop a scope of work and budget for your project.

After reviewing the scope of work and budget with you, you will sign a “Construction Contract and Project Management Agreement.”

Our agreement includes the following: a complete detailed statement of work, draw schedule details, realistic timeline of completion, committment to transparent project oversight and budget.

Upon signing this agreement we request a Construction Contract and Project Mgmt Agreement fee. Most fees fall in the $500-$1,500 range.

Our project planning process includes one conceptual presentation and collaboration with the general contractor and one follow-up meeting to discuss any requests for project plan revisions.

Our service includes Realtors available to answer transactional questions as-needed.
